PR Digital ("PR.digital," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information that you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at https://pr.digital and related services, how we use and share that information, and the choices you have. By using our website or submitting information through it, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, information that is automatically collected when you visit the site, and limited information from third-party service providers we use to operate the site.

Information you provide directly

When you submit our contact, pricing, or proposal-request forms, we collect the information you choose to share. That typically includes:

  • Your name and work email address.

  • Company name, your role, your company website, and an optional phone number.

  • Your goals for the engagement, budget range, timeline, and how you heard about us.

  • Any additional context you include in the open-text fields.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the time and duration of your visit. We use this information to operate the site, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve performance.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Strictly necessary cookies that make the site work (load balancing, security, form CSRF protection).

  • Performance and analytics cookies that help us understand which pages are visited and how the site performs.

  • Preference cookies that remember choices you make (for example, accessibility settings).

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not function correctly without cookies enabled.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries and provide the digital PR services you request.

  • To prepare and send proposals, contracts, and engagement materials.

  • To send relevant communications about our services. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.

  • To operate, secure, debug, and improve the site and our services.

  • To comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

How we share your information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances described below:

  • With service providers who help us operate the business — including our email delivery provider (Resend, Inc.), our content management platform (Storyblok GmbH), our edge and hosting providers (Cloudflare, Inc., and Hetzner Online GmbH), and analytics providers we have engaged.

  • With our professional advisors, including lawyers, accountants, insurers, and bankers, where reasonably necessary.

  • When required by law, regulation, court order, or other government request, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of PR Digital, our clients, or any third party.

  • In connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will provide notice before personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Each service provider is bound by contractual obligations that limit their use of your information to the services they perform for us.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so — typically for the duration of any client relationship plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Information from inquiry forms that does not result in a client engagement is retained for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • The right to access the personal information we hold about you.

  • The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to limited exceptions.

  • The right to object to or restrict certain processing activities.

  • The right to data portability — to receive your personal information in a portable format.

  • The right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

  • The right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected about you, the right to delete that information subject to certain exceptions, and the right to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our processing of your personal information is based on one of the following legal grounds, depending on the context: your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, or compliance with legal obligations.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

International data transfers

PR Digital operates in the United States. Some of our service providers are located in the European Union and elsewhere. When we transfer personal information internationally we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, to protect the information.

Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our site and services are intended for businesses and professional buyers and are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites, including media publications, social platforms, and partner websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with any personal information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice — for example, a banner on the site or an email to known contacts. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

How to contact us

If you have questions, comments, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or our handling of your personal information, please contact us at [email protected]. We aim to respond within one business day.
